Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ArchAI Academy website (archaiacademy.com), creating an account, enrolling in any program, or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ArchAI Academy provides AI education and training services including:

• In-person and online AI training programs for individuals, professionals, small businesses, and enterprises
• Private 1-on-1 AI coaching sessions via video call
• Enterprise AI strategy consulting and workforce upskilling
• Access to GPU-accelerated lab environments for enrolled participants
• Account management tools including enrollment history and session tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create accounts for purposes of misrepresentation, fraud, or abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 24 months.

All program enrollments and session bookings are subject to our pricing at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice, except that changes will not affect enrollments already paid and confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. For installment arrangements, separate payment agreements may apply.

Receipt of a payment confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of enrollment — we reserve the right to cancel an enrollment (with a full refund) if capacity is unavailable or if a scheduling conflict arises.

Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. Key points:

• Full refund available for program cancellations made at least 7 business days before the start date
• Session cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice
• No refunds once a program has begun, but credits toward future cohorts may be available

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our program materials, recordings, or curriculum without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of our platform or services
• Use our platform to harass, abuse, or harm instructors, staff, or other participants
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during enrollment or account creation
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website or services without our express written consent

All content on the ArchAI Academy website and within our programs — including curriculum, course materials, videos, slides, code samples, graphics, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of ArchAI Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Enrolled participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for their personal educational purposes. You may not record, share, resell, or redistribute course content without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by ArchAI Academy without obligation to you.

Access to our GPU lab environments is provided solely for use during enrolled programs. You agree to:

• Use compute resources only for program-related coursework and labs
• Not use our infrastructure to mine cryptocurrency, conduct unauthorized penetration testing, or process illegal content
• Not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with other participants' isolated environments
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding data privacy when uploading your own datasets

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to legal action.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any program will result in specific career outcomes, employment, or skill acquisition. Results vary based on individual effort and background.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArchAI Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ArchAI Academy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArchAI Academy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ArchAI Academy is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of a class.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
