Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Training Programs
Cancellation before the program starts
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 business days before the scheduled start date of your first session, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Cancellation within 7 business days of the start date
If you cancel within 7 business days of the program start date but before the program has begun, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months and applicable toward any future ArchAI Academy program or session. No cash refund is issued in this window.
After the program has begun
Once a program has started (i.e., you have attended or missed your first session), we do not offer cash refunds. However, we recognize that life happens — if you need to stop attending due to documented illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial credit or transfer to a future cohort.
Program cancellation by ArchAI Academy
If we cancel a program for any reason (insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, force majeure), you will receive a full cash refund within 5 business days, or the option to transfer your enrollment to another cohort at no charge.
2. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions ($499)
Cancellation 24+ hours before the session
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, or we can reschedule your session to any available slot at no additional charge.
Cancellation within 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen — contact us at info@archaiacademy.com or +1 888 566 9760 and we will evaluate each situation individually. We offer one late-cancel accommodation per customer per year.
No-shows
If you do not attend your session and did not notify us in advance, the session fee is forfeited. If our instructor fails to appear for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — no exceptions.
3. Enterprise Programs
Enterprise engagements operate under a separately negotiated agreement (Statement of Work). Cancellation terms, notice periods, and refund schedules are defined in that agreement. If no SOW is in place, the program cancellation terms in Section 1 apply.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To cancel an enrollment or session and request a refund or credit:
- Email info@archaiacademy.com with your name, the program or session you are cancelling, and your reason for cancellation.
- Or call us at +1 888 566 9760, Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM CST.
- We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund or credit within 5–10 business days.
Please include the email address used at enrollment and, if available, your order or confirmation number. This helps us process your request faster.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to enrollments already paid. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your enrollment.
