Avi founded ArchAI Academy with a single conviction: that understanding AI should not require a PhD or a Fortune 500 budget. With a background spanning engineering, operations, and business strategy, Avi has led cross-functional teams and technology initiatives across multiple industries. As COO, he oversees curriculum design, operations, and the academy's growth — ensuring every program delivers measurable, real-world impact. His philosophy is simple: practical skills beat theoretical knowledge every time.
Matthew Lindhjem
VP of AI Platform Development
Data analytics leader with over 12 years of enterprise-scale experience spanning business intelligence, data engineering, and AI integration. His career stretches from early software development at Union Pacific Railroad to architecting mission-critical reporting and AI platforms at Marriott International — building deep expertise at every layer of the stack along the way.
